- 2 large potatoes, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and smoked paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Serve as is or with a fried egg on top.
