Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup salsa or pico de gallo
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or chipotle mayo (optional)
  • Optional add-ins: tomatoes, beans, corn, jalapeños, guacamole

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add cooked chicken with taco seasoning, stirring until well coated.
  2. Lay a large tortilla flat and place a small tortilla in the center for crunch.
  3. Layer with shredded lettuce, cheese, and any optional add-ins.
  4. Spoon seasoned chicken on top and drizzle with sour cream and salsa.
  5. Fold the large tortilla around the filling, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped.
  6. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
