- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
- 4 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup salsa or pico de gallo
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons ranch or chipotle mayo (optional)
- Optional add-ins: tomatoes, beans, corn, jalapeños, guacamole
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and add cooked chicken with taco seasoning, stirring until well coated.
- Lay a large tortilla flat and place a small tortilla in the center for crunch.
- Layer with shredded lettuce, cheese, and any optional add-ins.
- Spoon seasoned chicken on top and drizzle with sour cream and salsa.
- Fold the large tortilla around the filling, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with extra salsa and enjoy!
