Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond or regular milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the banana, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup if using, and blend until smooth.
  2. Layer the bottom of a glass with the kiwi slices to create the ‘tree’ effect.
  3. Pour the smoothie mixture over the kiwi slices to fill the glass.
  4. Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your festive treat!
