- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup spinach or kale (optional)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond or regular milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup if using, and blend until smooth.
- Layer the bottom of a glass with the kiwi slices to create the ‘tree’ effect.
- Pour the smoothie mixture over the kiwi slices to fill the glass.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your festive treat!
