Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone mini muffin molds or ice cube trays.
- Top with chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or granola.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Pop out of molds and enjoy! Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container.
Notes
