- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (or 2 lbs chicken pieces)
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Warm olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Brown chicken thighs, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in sweet paprika and smoked paprika until incorporated. Return chicken to the pot and pour in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Remove from heat and gradually mix in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
