  • 1 pound cooked and crumbled turkey sausage
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in the turkey sausage, spinach, bell peppers, and onion.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheese and mix well.
