Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until onion is translucent.
- Stir in the beef broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined and the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat with a bit of broth or cream if necessary.
