Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the beef broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined and the cheese is melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
