Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), cooked and shredded
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chicken, spinach, artichokes, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Spread mixture in the prepared baking dish.
