Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, and grated ginger until smooth and well combined.
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Coat the seared pork with the hoisin glaze, reserving some glaze for serving.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15–20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing into medallions.
- Serve with rice, noodles, or roasted vegetables and drizzle with any remaining glaze.
