Ingredients

  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
