Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced apples (crisp variety)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (toasted if desired)
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and pomegranate seeds. Toss gently to mix.
