- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup roasted almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the coconut mixture into small bars and place them on the baking sheet.
- Press one roasted almond on top of each coconut bar.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let them cool completely.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Place the chocolate-covered bars back on the parchment paper and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
