Description

Delightful homemade treats combining creamy coconut, crunchy almonds, and velvety chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the coconut mixture into small bars and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Press one roasted almond on top of each coconut bar.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Let them cool completely.
  6. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  8. Place the chocolate-covered bars back on the parchment paper and let them set until the chocolate hardens.
