- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumbs. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the breadcrumb bowl.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the chicken strips with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, double-dip the chicken strips. You can experiment with various seasonings for more flavor.
