Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for the flour, one for the beaten eggs, and one for the breadcrumbs. Mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the breadcrumb bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken strip in flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the chicken strips with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
