Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk until just combined, then gently fold in blueberries.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently, avoiding overmixing.
- Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over biscuits before serving.
Notes
For best results, keep all ingredients cold until baking. Store biscuits in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
