- 8 oz white chocolate

- 1 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Spread it evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate and mix in the peppermint extract. Pour it over the hardened dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.
