Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the sweet potato slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
