- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey; mix well to create the honey garlic sauce.
- Return the chicken to the pan, cover in sauce, and let simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
Notes
For best results, do not overcook the chicken. Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of honey.
