Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup honey garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Gather all ingredients together.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, breadcrumbs (if using), egg, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Form small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the meatballs on it, leaving space in between.
  6. Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
  7. Brush honey garlic sauce over the meatballs in the last few minutes of baking.
  8. Serve the meatballs over cooked rice or noodles, drizzling extra sauce on top if desired.
