- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup honey garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Gather all ingredients together.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, breadcrumbs (if using), egg, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the meatballs on it, leaving space in between.
- Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Brush honey garlic sauce over the meatballs in the last few minutes of baking.
- Serve the meatballs over cooked rice or noodles, drizzling extra sauce on top if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
