Description
Juicy ground turkey meatballs baked and finished with a sweet honey glaze. Perfect as a main dish or appetizer.

- 1 lb lean ground turkey (93% lean recommended)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ yellow onion, grated (with juice)
- ¼ cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (or crushed GF crackers)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, and spices. Mix gently until just combined (do not overwork).
- Scoop 1½–2 tbsp of mixture per meatball and roll into balls.
- Place meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- While baking, mix honey and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- After 15 minutes, remove meatballs and brush with the honey glaze.
- Return to the oven for another 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
- Serve hot with rice, veggies, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
Notes
These meatballs are gluten-free and can also be meal-prepped in advance. Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
