  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes for extra heat
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the seasoned chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey and soy sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and optional chili flakes. Coat well with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
