Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onions. Serve hot.
