Description A creamy, shareable dip that offers the flavors of classic deviled eggs with cheddar, beef bacon, and green onions, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices crumbled cooked beef bacon
  • 2 finely chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs in cold water, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5–10 minutes, then peel under running water.
  3. Separate yolks from egg whites and mash yolks in a bowl.
  4. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in chopped egg whites, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions until combined.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with additional paprika and green onions before serving.
