A creamy, shareable dip that offers the flavors of classic deviled eggs with cheddar, beef bacon, and green onions, perfect for any gathering.

- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices crumbled cooked beef bacon
- 2 finely chopped green onions
Instructions
- Boil eggs in cold water, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5–10 minutes, then peel under running water.
- Separate yolks from egg whites and mash yolks in a bowl.
- Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in chopped egg whites, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions until combined.
- Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional paprika and green onions before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute beef bacon with sautéed smoked mushrooms or roasted red peppers.
