Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Water (as needed)

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl and add 1–2 tablespoons of hot water. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour coconut milk into a tall glass.

  5. Add ice cubes to chill the drink and stir again before serving.
