Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl and add 1–2 tablespoons of hot water. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Pour coconut milk into a tall glass.
- Add honey or sweetener if desired and stir to dissolve.
- Combine the whisked matcha with the coconut milk and stir gently.
- Add ice cubes to chill the drink and stir again before serving.
Notes
For best results, use a bamboo whisk or milk frother to mix the matcha. Avoid boiling water to prevent bitterness.
