1 cup powdered sugar

2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Graham crackers
Cocoa powder for dusting
Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions
Brew the coffee and set aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
Gently fold in whipped topping.
Dip graham crackers quickly into cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
Spread one-third of the mascarpone mixture over the graham crackers.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
