  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • Graham crackers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  4. Dip graham crackers quickly into cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
  5. Spread one-third of the mascarpone mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Spread remaining whipped topping over the top and dust with cocoa powder; drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
