Instructions
- Brew the coffee and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Dip graham crackers quickly into cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
- Spread one-third of the mascarpone mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over the top and dust with cocoa powder; drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
