- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and the Italian dressing mix until evenly blended.
- Coat the chicken with the prepared seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
