Instructions

- In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apple and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and brown the other side.
- Serve warm with syrup or your favorite toppings.
