Description
A deliciously cheesy and savory bread filled with beef, cheese, and your favorite toppings, perfect for sharing or a comforting family dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef crumbles
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced onion and green bell pepper for 5 to 7 minutes until softened.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, sautéed onion and bell pepper, pepperoni, black olives, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12 by 16 inches.
- Spread the meat and vegetable mixture onto the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll the dough up tightly from one long edge and pinch the seam to seal. Tuck in the ends.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make several shallow slits on top of the loaf.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
