  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 25 crackers)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice squash and combine with onion in a large bowl.
  3. Melt butter and pour over squash mixture, stirring to coat.
