Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the cake flour, bread flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

- Fold in the chocolate chunks, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Drop the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top of each cookie.
