Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 23 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Chives or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Optional: crispy bacon crumbles, hot honey drizzle, or pickled jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or heavy baking sheet inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to desired thickness.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and season with garlic and onion powder.
  4. Spread cream cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the cream cheese.
  6. Add jalapeños (and optional bacon).
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chives and red pepper flakes, let rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.

Notes

For a smoky twist, use pickled jalapeños or smoked cheddar. Adjust jalapeño preparation to control heat levels.
