- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Chives or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Optional: crispy bacon crumbles, hot honey drizzle, or pickled jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or heavy baking sheet inside.
- Roll out the pizza dough to desired thickness.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and season with garlic and onion powder.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the cream cheese.
- Add jalapeños (and optional bacon).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chives and red pepper flakes, let rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
Notes
For a smoky twist, use pickled jalapeños or smoked cheddar. Adjust jalapeño preparation to control heat levels.
