- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, creamed corn, drained whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the corn pudding cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra sweetness, add a tablespoon of sugar. You can also mix in shredded cheese or cooked bacon for added flavor.
