Stir in the beef broth, cauliflower, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
