  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low-carb wraps or almond flour dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Lay the low-carb wraps or almond flour dough on a flat surface.
  5. Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto each wrap and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Roll up the wraps tightly and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
