- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low-carb wraps or almond flour dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Lay the low-carb wraps or almond flour dough on a flat surface.
- Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture onto each wrap and top with shredded cheese.
- Roll up the wraps tightly and place them seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden brown.
