- 1 pound ground beef (85/15 preferred)
- 8 ounces pasta (elbow, penne, rotini, or shells)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1½ cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- ⅓ cup diced dill pickles
- Optional: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce (for topping)
Instructions
- Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Add Seasonings: Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the beef. Stir well.
- Combine with Alfredo Sauce: Reduce heat to low and pour in Alfredo sauce, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix in the Pasta and Cheese: Toss in the cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until cheese melts into sauce.
- Top with Bacon and Pickles: Sprinkle crumbled bacon and diced pickles on top. Add any extra toppings if desired.
- Serve: Scoop into bowls and enjoy warm.
Notes
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat gently before serving.
