Description

A hearty blend of spices, creamy Alfredo sauce, and cheesy goodness enveloping perfectly cooked pasta and savory beef.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (85/15 preferred)
  • 8 ounces pasta (elbow, penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1½ cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ⅓ cup diced dill pickles
  • Optional: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add Seasonings: Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the beef. Stir well.
  4. Combine with Alfredo Sauce: Reduce heat to low and pour in Alfredo sauce, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Mix in the Pasta and Cheese: Toss in the cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until cheese melts into sauce.
  6. Top with Bacon and Pickles: Sprinkle crumbled bacon and diced pickles on top. Add any extra toppings if desired.
  7. Serve: Scoop into bowls and enjoy warm.
