Description A light and elegant tart featuring creamy coconut panna cotta topped with tangy passionfruit and sweet mango, perfect for a celebratory dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit puree
  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • Fresh mango and passionfruit for topping

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Bloom gelatin in water, then add to warm mixture and stir well.
  3. Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour into the tart shell and refrigerate until set (about 240 minutes).
  4. Once set, pour mango and passionfruit purees on top.
  5. Chill again until firm.
  6. Garnish with fresh mango and passionfruit before serving.
