Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Grill or pan-sear chicken breast. Brush with a glaze made from maple syrup and Dijon mustard until golden and fully cooked.
- Roast Veggies: Cube sweet potatoes and halve Brussels sprouts. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and if you like, add cinnamon and rosemary. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Cook Rice: Prepare brown or wild rice as your base.

Notes
If you’re short on time, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Feel free to swap out vegetables like broccoli or carrots. Add red pepper flakes to the glaze for a kick.
