2 cups chopped pecans
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
⅛ tsp salt
1 package phyllo dough
1 cup melted butter
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup honey
¼ cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Unroll the phyllo dough, covering it with a damp cloth. Take two sheets, brush with melted butter, sprinkle some pecan mixture, roll tightly, and slice into 1-inch rolls.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush with additional melted butter.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
In a saucepan, combine maple syrup, honey, water, and vanilla extract. Simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Pour the warm syrup over the baked rolls and allow to soak for at least 1 hour before serving.
