- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss in the cooked tortellini, mixing well to coat in the creamy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
