- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Beat until smooth.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For best texture, serve immediately after baking. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
