Ingredients

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab meat.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
