A tender and juicy turkey roast infused with herbs and spices, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 Butterball turkey breast roast (3–9 lbs) thawed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or nonstick spray
- Salt, pepper, herbs, and spices (thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, paprika)
- ½ cup broth, water, or non-alcoholic white wine alternative
- Roughly chopped yellow onion, celery, carrots, and minced garlic
Instructions
- Unwrap the turkey breast and pat it dry.
- Combine softened butter with spices to create the herb butter mixture.
- Spread the herb butter all over the turkey breast.
- Spread chopped vegetables in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour broth or wine over the vegetables.
- Place the butter-rubbed turkey on top of the vegetables.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Check the internal temperature; it should read 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
- Strain drippings for gravy, simmer, and thicken with cornstarch slurry.
- Carve and serve the turkey with gravy.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider using different herbs or a splash of apple cider instead of wine.
