Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if using.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can substitute mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version. Ensure not to overcook the chicken.
