These fluffy cinnamon rolls are made with Greek yogurt for a guiltless treat that’s quick and easy to prepare.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional: icing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, milk, and sugar.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Knead the dough gently on a floured counter for about a minute.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread melted butter on the dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix evenly over the dough.
- Roll it up tightly from the long side.
- Slice the rolled dough into even pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
- Place sliced rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before icing, if desired.
Notes
Skip the icing if you prefer a lighter roll or use honey or maple syrup instead.
