Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, softened butter, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl until combined.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into mini tart pans.
  5. Fill each tart shell with raspberry jam.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  7. Let them cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
