Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups cantaloupe, pureed
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish. Chill it in the fridge while you prep the filling.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Fold in the cantaloupe puree gently into the whipped cream.
Pour the cantaloupe mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing dessert.
